Reservations

Steps to reserve a room for your group:

  1. Please download and complete this form (smaller version of this file here but it’s fuzzy).
  2. Save your changes to the form, close, and re-open it to make sure the changes stuck (some PDF readers don’t play nice, Adobe Acrobat Reader should always work).
  3. Send the completed form as an attachment to the Guild Wargamers and Roleplayers e-mail address.
  4. We will process it and send you back an e-mail and official reservation confirmation printout that looks like this (but with your information filled in) to carry with you to your event.
  5. Profit!

Please note that we are not able to reserve space in the Memorial Union for repeating events as it requires weekly hand-delivery of a signed reservation to an office in the MU.
